What is the process of order?

A: 1. Please send us your requirement, chat with us online directly or send us an email.

2. We will give you a quotation based on your requirement.

3. Please arrange the payment to us when we offer you a pro-forma invoice.

4. After we have made an agreement, we will start to select material, design and make sample for you.

5. A photo of sample (or the real sample if you required) will be sent for your final confirmation before mass production.

6. Delivery will be arranged as soon as the mass production finished.

Could you send me your entire catalogue and price list?

A: We are happy to provide you with the quotation anytime, but we have more than thousands of items, it is really hard for us to send you our entire catalogue and price list.
Moreover, we are doing customization, so each client will have different product based on their requirement. In this case, it is hard to offer a catalogue. 

How much is the shipping cost/freight charge?

A: The shipping cost depends on the total weight and volume of your order and your final destination.

What information will I have to provide when ordering?

A: Please send us your artwork in file formats (AI, .EPS, or .PDF) including Pantone color numbers, size, shape, quantity and etc.

 How long can I expect to get the sample?

The sample will be ready around 2 days. If you require the physical samples, the can send you via courier express. The shipping will take around 3 days. It is ok to use your own courier express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

How long are your turnaround time for mass production?

A: In fact, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. It usually will take around 7-15 days to process bulk production. If your need is urgent, we will try our best to make them first and rush them out as soon as possible.

What is the shipping method?

A: We will offer an optimal shipping way for you or you can choose your own way of shipping. If your order is not large, we can send to you via courier express such as Alibaba’s own express, UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX. If your order is large, we will ship by sea or by air, we will quote the shipping cost to you, then you can make your own choice.

What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF, door to door and etc.

How can I pay for order?

A: TT, LC, PayPal etc.

How my order is going to be packed?

We can pack according to your requirements .Usually mass product will be packed by poly bay or sleeve, inner box and fit into carton.

Do you have any certificates?

A: Yes, Our factory has the tested for harmful substances according to OeKo-Tex ® Standard 100.

What is your PayPal terms and conditions?

1. Once the sampling production started, the customer cannot change the design and size. 
2. If the customer still want to change the design and size after the sampling production started, it will be regarded as a new order, and the customer will need to pay the sampling    fee again. 
3. Once the sampling production started, we don’t accept refund. 
4. We don’t take responsibility after the products has been shipped. 
5. After the customer has confirmed the sample, we will start bulk production based on the sample, so we don’t accept any changes on design and sizes when the bulk production started. 
6. When the sample has been confirmed by the customer, it means our products match their requirement. So we don’t accept dispute of the products don’t match requirement.
